Information submitted through the website is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the services you are interested in and manage any resulting business relationship. It is not sold to third parties.

Business enquiries are generally processed on the basis of legitimate interests or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where consent is required for a specific activity, it will be requested separately.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, legal obligations and normal business record keeping. Website form submissions are processed through Formspree, the form service already used by Digital Cymru, and information may also be processed by service providers that support hosting, email or other business systems where necessary.

This version of the website does not set advertising or analytics cookies by default. If measurement or advertising technology is added later, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before deployment.
